Our intermediate class. Classes feature faster cueing, intermediate exercises, longer exercise blocks and minimal breaks. Solid knowledge of Pilates exercises and principals is required.

Our advanced class. These classes are for the long-time Pilates practioner who knows the names of the exercises, can self-correct with cueing and can safely perform inversions with no breaks.

LISTED is CLASSICAL mat Pilates so if you’ve not taken this specific style for at least 6 months, you are a beginner here. Our instructors are able to assess skill level and make class placement suggestions.

All classes have a 5 minute grace period. Beyond that, the door will be closed and no entry will be permitted. This is to protect the integrity of the space, the teaching and for safety.

Yes! But set-up and leave the camera alone. We are a distraction-free studio so no texting or fidgeting with your phone during class.

Due to the authentic nature of our classes, none of our class levels are recommended beyond 19 weeks but you can continue your practice all the way through delivery with private instruction. It is not recommended that you take any of our classes with an active injury of any kind.
